This is a full-time, on-site role located in Davenport, IA. As a Middle School Social Studies Teacher at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and promoting critical thinking skills in our students. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification for middle school social studies
• Knowledge of current teaching strategies and educational methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with middle school students and promoting academic growth
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and engage parents in student learning
