**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and possess a strong educational background. If you have a passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects

- Develop customized lesson plans based on individual student needs

- Assist students in understanding course materials and homework assignments

- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

- Create a positive and supportive learning environment

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in education, childcare, or related field

- Knowledge of classroom management techniques

- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners

- Certification in first aid is desirable

- Understanding of childhood development and behavior management techniques

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
