St. Raphael the Archangel Parish in Oshkosh, WI is seeking an enthusiastic person to serve as Youth Ministry and Faith Formation Coordinator Grades 6-12.

Job Summary :

As a member of the religious education team, the Youth Ministry and Faith Formation Coordinator Grades 6-12 will work closely with the Director of Religious Education to form young disciples by developing and coordinating a comprehensive and relational youth ministry and faith formation program for grades 6-12.

In addition, this person will develop and maintain an active, managerial and coaching relationship with the youth ministry assistant and volunteers.

Duties and Responsibilities include :

• Plan faith formation sessions for grades 6-10 and Confirmation
• Integrate relational youth ministry into the middle and high school curriculums to foster discipleship
• Develop a youth ministry program that nurtures and active prayer life and cultivates participation in the communal, liturgical, and sacramental life of the church.
• Organize, promote, coordinate and attend youth mission trips, camps, and conferences for middle school and high school youth.

This is a full time position (12 months, 40 hrs / week) that offers a competitive salary and benefit package which includes health insurance and retirement.
