Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: St. Vincent de Paul Southwest Idaho, Boise, ID
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Organization Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand, engage our community, and support our mission. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and storyteller with a passion for making a difference. This role will include marketing for our key programs: Home Visits, Food Pantries, Reentry, Feeding American Heroes, Thanksgiving Food Box, Christmas Toy Store, Community Partner Education and Promotion, and Volunteer Education and Promotion. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will support development and fundraising efforts, working closely with the Director of Development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage our website using WordPress and WordPress Elementor, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
- Create, edit, and produce compelling video content highlighting our programs, events, and impact stories.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for various marketing materials, including digital and print.
- Craft persuasive and engaging copy for various platforms, including our website, social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Generate and curate content that resonates with our audience, including blog posts, articles, and social media updates.
- Leverage storytelling techniques to highlight the success stories of our clients and the impact of our programs.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage our donors, volunteers, and community partners.
- Manage media buying and social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Director of Development on marketing strategies and campaigns to support fundraising efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Experience in web design, WordPress/WordPress Elementor preferred.
- Proficiency in video editing software and techniques.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Expertise in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive content.
- Demonstrated ability in content creation and storytelling.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
- Knowledge of media buying and social media advertising strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for the mission of St. Vincent de Paul Southwest Idaho and a commitment to serving the community.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
