Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Asset Management Specialist in the Alexandria/Falls Church, VA area. This is an ONSITE position supporting the US government.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing technical support to staff and customers by testing software and hardware products
• Maintaining software documentation
• Responding and following up on internal and external customer support problems
• Providing support to end users for either PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware
• Develop practical and workable solutions to clients’ technical and business problems
• Analyze requirements and potential solutions for technical and economic feasibility
• Effectively work on multiple phases of complex projects independently
• Coordinate activities with superiors and client personnel to resolve technical and/or business issues and ensures the successful delivery of the project requirements
• May be required to act as a technical supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of IT management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology management or equivalent
• Applicable and current project/program management certifications (i.e., PMI)
• Applicable and current information technology certifications (i.e., DoD 8570/DoDM 8140)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in information technology management or equivalent

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/talking/walking
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
• Communicating with others to exchange information
• Working with computers
