Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Scheduler to join our team in DMV area. We have opportunities in the Washington, DC area as well as Northern Virginia and Maryland .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

The Program Scheduler supports development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective scheduling management system.

They support coordination of TDL timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders. They assist in monitoring project timelines and deadlines, identify potential project schedule delays, and facilitate swift intervention.

They work with a Technical Project Manager and project team on small-to-moderate TDL projects. The Program Scheduler is a journeyman experienced in keeping projects on track to meet deadlines to the maximum extent possible.

The Program Scheduler takes direction from the Master Scheduler.

Basic Qualifications :

High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree

A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

2 years of position-specific relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

Project Management Institute (PMI) Scheduling Professional (SP) Certification.

Clearance Requirements :

Must be a US Citizen

Must have an active Top Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations

For all positions requiring access to technology / software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.
