Summary

Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, our Finance Manager ensures that multiple strategic and tactical initiatives are managed to world class completion. You will act as an analyst, adviser, and project manager while providing support to the Business Ops Leadership team (including Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Business Systems).

The mission of the Finance Manager is to implement accurate and repeatable forecasting and reporting practices that efficiently scale with our companies through organic and inorganic growth. During the project, you will be engrained within the Company with responsibilities to both ST6 and Company leadership.

To make this possible, you should be adept at balancing multiple workstreams with extreme ownership and accountability. The right candidate will balance the need to be detailed oriented, while also moving quickly in a high-speed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting and forecasting practices for all company financial KPIs through agile forecasting methodology
  • Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) snowball
  • Bookings to GAAP revenue recognition
  • Pro forma EBITDA with synergy identification and tracking
  • Sales and Professional Services capacity and efficiency metrics
  • Workforce statistics
• Support the functional integration of acquired companies across multiple workstreams
  • Historical data mapping and Quality of Earnings reconciliation
  • Customer contract assets and product master
  • System configuration and data alignment
  • Debt and equity funds flow

• Modeling - Experience building various scenario models in excel from scratch and distilling them down for others to understand.
• Analysis – Must have world class analytic skills to get “in the weeds” and combine data from multiple sources, create rigorous data models, analyze data for trends and anomalies
• Communication - Comfortable presenting key takeaways from an analysis to executives, even when it varies from the expected outcome
• Leadership - Ability to lead through influence and through change; exhibits a professional presence and the ability to communicate successfully with all levels of leadership

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• 4 years of financial due diligence or operational finance experience; showing strong business acumen and experience with mergers and acquisitions
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Advanced excel skills with strong knowledge of keyboard shortcuts
• Experience working and managing in small teams
• Project management skills, having managed and successfully delivered multiple, complex projects running in parallel
• Open to travel

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise software or private equity
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems
• Knowledge of ASC 606 accounting standard
