HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Long Term Care LPN for a 8-week contract located in Agawam, Massachusetts.

Requirements of this Long Term Care LPN Role:

• Active LPN / LVN license
• 1 year of experience within Rehab/LTC/SNF Setting
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
