Length: 11 Weeks
Holiday Call may be requiredOn-Call 5-8 Calls a month including 1 Weekend
Requirements:

• 2 years experience
• Must be able to scrub complex cardiac cases
• AHA BLS
• NBSTSA
• Formal education
• Unless candidate worked as a surg tech prior to 1/1/2008
• Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
• LTAC Experience preferred
• Trauma Level I Experience preferred
• Trauma Level II Experience preferred

CVOR CST11 weeks
Shift: 3x12 days 6am-630pm (shifts will be scheduled per unit needs,
Monday-Friday. 36 hours/week.
Is on-call REQ? yes, 5-8 calls a month including one weekend
Holiday requirements: Holiday call may be required
Years of experience REQ: 2
Experience required: Must be able to scrub complex cardiac cases.
First-timers accepted: Not preferred
Certs REQ: NBSTSA and BLS ,only accepts American Hearth Association (AHA))
Required: Radiation badge. radiation badge to be provided by agency
Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires manager's approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs
What is the local radius rule? 50 miles
Locals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis
Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period). These hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift.
