Shift : Variable Days / 7a-5:30p (weekdays), 7a-5p (weekends), 10x4, 40hrs per week, EOW, EOH rotation

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

• WI Pharmacist License
• 1 year experience
• Doctorate of Pharmacy required
• Successfully completed NAPLEX required
• BLS
• Minimum 1 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred
• Charting: Epic experience highly preferred

• Unit Specific Skillset :able to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities in a central inpatient pharmacy--verifying EPIC orders, checking technician work, answering pharmacist phone calls, etc.
• Scrub Colors: Hospital scrubs provided
