As Junior Sales Process Manager, you will take over our existing HubSpot account, you'll learn how to audit our Marketing Pro Hub or Sales Enterprise Hub accounts, clean up our database, organize our workflows, improve our email deliverability and much more. Your efforts will directly influence the efficiency of our sales processes, making this role a perfect platform for you to broaden your CRM expertise. Here, you'll not only witness your impact but also shape the growth of our cutting-edge tech environment in real time.
Tasks
What Will You Do

• Administer and configure HubSpot to ensure it meets our company’s needs.
• Analyze and adapt existing HubSpot automations and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement new automations within HubSpot to streamline business operations and enhance user engagement.
• Customize HubSpot views, properties, and workflows to better support our teams from lead generation to deal closing.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to gather requirements and implement effective integration of our CRM into our other ERP systems.

RequirementsWhat you bring (experience & qualifications):

• Currently enrolled in a university program in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience with HubSpot configuration and administration.
• Skills in analyzing and adapting CRM automations and workflows.
• Proficient in German, B2 level is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage tasks independently.
