- Business Case Analysis and Decision Support – The Sr. Investment Analyst will support the Director of Finance and serve as a financial business partner. This person will develop financial models to calculate return on investment, multiple on invested capital, and internal rate of return to assist the executives in making informed business decisions. The senior financial analyst will be expected to develop a strong understanding of the industry and how business operations affect the financial performance of the Company. This person will help with prioritizing, monitoring, and reporting progress of strategic and operational initiatives including new service offerings, new markets and other special projects or business initiatives.
- Business Unit Price Desk and Operational Support – The Sr. Investment Analyst will support the business units with financial modeling to evaluate new sales opportunities and reporting and analytics to provide financial guidance that improves operational efficiencies. This person will be expected to work closely with the sales team to provide pricing support, which requires a strong understanding of the investment basis and operational impact for each new sales opportunity. This person will have a strong working relationship with the operations teams to ensure all facilities are operating in alignment with the annual operating plan and five-year strategic plan.
- Location: Denver, CO - In office ~4 days per week
- Travel: less than 5% domestically
- Compensation CO: $100,000 - $120,000 Bonus
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a comprehensive background screening
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- 2 years of progressive financial experience; preferably in investment banking, private equity or for a private equity-backed company
- Prior experience in a data center is preferred
- Exceptional financial modeling skills and business case experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills
- Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask
- Proven record of providing both internal and external customer service
- Team player that is confident, yet humble and is personable and engaging
- Intellectually curious, analytical individual who can operate successfully among a dynamic executive team
- A problem solver with the ability to quickly grasp the business issues of a situation and develop the best possible solution
