Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Material Handling Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, warehouse management systems, and process improvement within a distribution center environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily material handling activities
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and productivity
- Train and mentor material handling team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce operations
- Utilize AS400 or similar systems for inventory tracking and management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or distribution center
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to material handling equipment
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals
- Familiarity with logistics processes and best practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
