We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical/surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while working in a fast-paced environment. The Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical is responsible for delivering patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients, including those with complex medical needs. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing practices, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional care and service.

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing phlebotomy, and assisting with venipuncture procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust care plans as needed.
• Utilize sterile processing techniques to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
• BSN degree.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in a medical/surgical setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tube feeding, phlebotomy, and venipuncture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Willingness to float as needed

Shifts: Nights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,500.00 - $77,000.00 per year
