• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to review and redefine accounting processes and controls.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting:
• Update cash flow projections weekly for 10 weeks ahead
• Update job forecasts weekly or monthly
• Understand cash flow and cash needs before each project starts
• Ensure accounts receivable, minus retainage, is less than 45 days
• Manage banking relationships and treasury functions
• Oversee budgeting processes
• Ensure company insurance compliance
• Handle financial reporting and tax preparation
