Office Manager/Bookkeeper with HR/Benefits Administration

Experience:

  • Performs General Ledger maintenance
  • Performs Bank Reconciliations
  • Processes AP, AR, and Payroll
  • Processes invoices and pay requests (AIA) from vendors and subcontractors
  • Manages AIA Client Billing
  • Collaborates with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • HR experience including Onboarding and Benefits Administration
