Duties:
- Set up Projects and budgets
- Billing/invoicing of Projects accounts
- Running sales reports
- Submitting Cost of Goods Report
- Cost accruing
- Submitting weekly and end of month/end of year reports
- Recording journal entries
- Importing Projects expenditures
- Aiding accountants in sales tax entries
- Coordinating with Accountant Receivable
- Submitting paperwork for COI’s
- Executing and notarizing lien waivers
