Essential Functions Responsible for
- daily/monthly/quarterly/annual accounting. This includes - Oversee part-time bookkeeper and internal controls
- Accounting team leadership, manage all accounting and financial functions
- Treasury matters including cash management, debt compliance and banking relationships
- Prepare partner monthly distributions and financial reporting to all stake owners
- Review of accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger
- Analysis and reconciliation of required balance sheet accounts.
- Pay monthly management fees and commissions Annual Tax Prep for CPA, Budgets and CAM, Tax and Insurance reconciliations
- Record property purchase and sales activity
- Oversee leasing accounting activities
- Bind property insurance and bill properties for premiums
- Manage property tax assessments with 3rd party firm
- Responsible for Corporate books and corporate office manager duties including technology coordination with 3rd party vendor, payroll, health and dental benefits, corporate credit card, office supplies.
- Bachelors in Accounting with 5 years’ real estate experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills essential.
- Ability to manage priorities and work flow with versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within a changing environment.
- Computer literacy/excel and word processing skills required.
- Previous ERP experience Base salary 75k-85k plus benefits
