Senior Staff Accountant
Our client, a strong, stable company with its corporate office located in Winder, GA is seeking a skilled Office Manager to join their team. Below is a snapshot of the opportunity.
Position Overview

Salary: $70k - $75k plus MDV, 401k and generous PTO
Office Environment: In Office
Requirements BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Utilize Sage software to perform routine accounting tasks, such as data entry, reconciliation, and generating financial reports
- Coordinate office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Oversee administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal staff to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insights to support financial decision-making
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personnel information
Skills and Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage, MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Requirements: BS Degree is must
Salary Information: $70k - $75k (Depending on Experience)
Benefits: MDV, 401k, and standard PTO
