- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain a wide variety of facilities' electrical systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties.
- Assignments are semi-routine in nature.
- Work performed within generally defined parameters.
- Some degree of judgment is required in resolving nonstandard problems.
- Normally receives general instructions on most work.
- Associate of Art or Associate of Science degree in a related Facilities or STEM field.
- Military background is a plus.
- Chemical and Gas Systems.
- Maintenance (i.e. pumps hydraulics, piping).
- Mechanical systems.
- Ultra-Pure Water.
- Industrial waste.
- Wastewater treatment and recycling.
- Plant operator or field equipment technician.
