We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. This position is a gateway into a long-term career opportunity with a longstanding company. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling parts, and ensuring quality standards are met in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production equipment such as presses and machinery.
Handle materials for production processes including lifting and moving materials.
Assemble components according to specifications.
Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of parts.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Perform basic math calculations related to measurements and quantities.
Familiarity with Fanuc systems for machine operation.
Fabricate parts using various tools and equipment.
Assist in programming machines for production runs.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Production Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for quality control.
Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery issues.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Familiarity with Fanuc systems is a plus.
Ability to fabricate parts using different tools and techniques.
Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient warehouse environment.
