Job DescriptionStaff Up is searching for an experienced Project Manager with construction background in the Dallas area!
Pay: 85K Salary
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Able to read and understand blueprints.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Requirements:
  • BSC/BA in engineering, building science and relevant field is a strong plus.
  • PMP or equivalent certification will be a strong plus.
  • 5 years experience.
  • Restaurant construction experience a strong plus.
  • A team player with leadership abilities
