StaffBright has a great Senior Financial Analyst opportunity with a specialization and focus in financial modeling and consolidations in central Metro Detroit. This is a direct-hire, full-time job opportunity with a stable and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and Update Financial Models: Build and maintain tools to help predict future business performance and support decision-making.
• Financial Consolidation and Reporting: Combine financial statements from different parts of the company and prepare reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Data Analysis and Trends: Analyze financial data to spot trends, discrepancies, and key metrics.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in creating annual budgets and regularly update forecasts to reflect current business conditions, providing variance analysis to track budget performance.

What We'll Need From You:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A
• Experience with consolidations
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools
