Currently, StaffBright has an exciting Shipping & Receiving Supervisor opportunity in Farmington Hills, MI.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee daily tasks and ensure shipping coordination meets customer needs and company standards
• Manage supply processing, verification, routing, storage, delivery, tracking, and maintenance as per company and customer guidelines
• Find the root causes of integrity discrepancies in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
• Provide guidance to the manufacturing/operations team in understanding current processes and policies, and support the development of efficiencies or process enhancements

• Recent Tier 1 automotive experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Attention to detail
