In this role, you'll be at the forefront of planning, organizing, and executing professional development programs for a respected company in the human services industry. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing training needs, coordinating logistics, and evaluating the effectiveness of development programs.

This is an in-person, onsite role in Buffalo, NY.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer and department heads to identify training and development needs.
  • Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, seminars, and other development activities.
  • Handle logistics related to professional development activities, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, providing regular reports to management.
  • Communicate training opportunities and schedules through various channels, serving as the primary point of contact for all professional development inquiries.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Social Science, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in coordinating training and professional development programs.
  • Excellent and proactive approach to work.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
