Responsibilities

• Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a warm welcome and comprehensive orientation.
• Conduct routine account maintenance tasks to meet client needs promptly and professionally.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of client information.
• Utilize CRM systems for effective database management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a client focused position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM technology

Education
