Job Description:

We seek an experienced Entra ID/Active Directory IAM Engineer to join our Colorado Springs, CO team. In this role, you will support and help build the Entra ID strategy and roadmaps, considering corporate strategy, industry security trends, and regulatory requirements. You will enhance the security of our corporate environment by developing processes and implementing technology around user identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy and Roadmaps: Develop and support Entra ID strategies and roadmaps in alignment with corporate strategy, security trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Identity and Access Management: Act as a subject matter expert for identity provisioning, governance, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access Policies.
• Active Directory Support: Analyze, design, and support a highly complex, enterprise-level Active Directory in a hybrid on-premise and cloud-hosted environment.
• Critical IAM Processes: Implement, execute, and support IAM processes, including identity management, access management, provisioning/de-provisioning, user onboarding/offboarding, SSO, MFA, and CAP.
• System Management: Manage and troubleshoot all aspects of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Integration and Maintenance: Deliver Azure Single Sign-On integrations, manage and maintain AD, GPO, ADSS, ADCS, DNS, DHCP, Entra ID, AAD Connect, RBAC, Intune, Azure App Proxy, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Security Stack.
• Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting steps.
• Security Threat Management: Identify potential threats, exploit attempts, and security events related to Directory Services and IAM, and take appropriate action to mitigate issues.
• Incident Response: Actively contribute to and participate in security incident response.
• Role-Based Access Controls: Work with internal stakeholders to implement role-based access controls.
• Operational Support: Provide ongoing operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Technology and Automation: Identify and implement opportunities for technology, automation, and security enhancements for IAM functions.
• PowerShell Scripting: Create, modify, and execute PowerShell scripts.
• Lean/Smarter IT: Innovate and automate IT solutions and processes.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior staff and collaborate across globally diverse teams and time zones.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, MyApps, Conditional Access Policy management, MFA, and SSO.
• IAM and Governance: Proven success with Identity and Access Management and Governance processes and projects.
• Education: B.S. degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, or 4 years of IT work experience in a global IT infrastructure environment.
• Skills: Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both technical and non-technical), and strong team collaboration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm in partnering with business stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers to deliver world-class solutions.

2. Proven track record with IAM and Governance processes.
