1. Workflow Definition and Analysis: The BA Lead will define and analyze current and new workflows related to imaging systems, ensuring a thorough understanding of existing processes and identifying areas for improvement. This includes documenting workflows used by Baptist South, Boca, and Bethesda and aligning them with the new system capabilities.

2. Requirements Gathering: Govern and direct the effort to gather comprehensive requirements for workflow integration of imaging systems. This includes understanding current and future workflow needs and ensuring they are documented and communicated effectively.

3. Test Plan Creation and Execution: Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure that all workflows are accurately integrated and function as expected in the new system. This includes defining test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and validating that the new system meets performance and reliability standards.

4. Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities for optimizing current workflows and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This includes recommending process improvements and best practices for workflow management in imaging systems.
