The Recruiting Manager- Therapy Division will lead and grow our recruiting team focused on permanent placements for healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provides targeted and specific coaching to the healthcare recruiting team members
• Leads and presents at team meetings
• Ability to problem solve and provide conflict resolution proactively
• Monitor productivity and make adjustments when necessary to ensure efficient and effective, procedures are developed and implemented
• Create and update KPI's as well as team and individual goals
• Oversee production and ensure weekly/monthly goals are being met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 years of experience in the staffing industry
• Proven ability to mentor and provide guidance to employees
• Excellent technical skills, including Microsoft office products
• Management experience (managing a team of 5 )
