Responsibilities
- Passionately recruit: source and screen contractors through passive and active candidate resources including job board postings, social media, networking and internet research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
- Assist with verifying, evaluating, and investigating contractor credentials prior to placement.
- Attend and participate in job fairs and networking recruiting events and sessions when available.
- Must have experience in recruiting/staffing.
- Previous experience in the Healthcare, Education, Human Services or related industries (preferred).
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes.
- Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems.
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal, written communication, and interpersonal.
