Job Title: Estimator Location: Greensboro, NC – some overnight travel

- Field applied
- Shop applied
- WWTP/WTP Specialized Waterproofing and Coating Solutions
- Commercial and Industrial Coatings
- Media Blasting and Other Surface Preparations
- Waterproofing and Sealants
- Concrete Repair
Required SkillsBlueprint reading and interpretation
Basic coatings, concrete, and building materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with CRM software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective organizational abilities
Self-motivation and a positive image branding mindset
Efficient time management
Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates
Participate in pre-bid and post-bid meetings
Collaborate with the operations team during project turnover from proposal to execution
Assist Project Managers with change orders as necessary
Preferred Skills and Experience:2 to 4 years of experience in the field
Knowledge of estimating software
AAMP and/or ICRI certifications are a plus
Basic understanding of contract and Insurance language
