We are looking for a Human Resources Manager in Chattanooga! In this position, you'll work onsite daily at a non-union manufacturing plant. As the HR leader, you'll manage employee relations, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, benefits and other related human resources programs.
You'll partner with the General Manager to bring a cultural change to the organization. You'll make changes based on engagement surveys, support the safety teams, and further develop the apprenticeship programs. 
You'll lead a team of local HR generalists, including mentoring and helping them grow within the company. You'll work very closely with the General Manager, Financial Controller, EHS Manager and other key business leaders to:

• Provide a workplace with good communication
• Support the hiring of hourly, contract, and salaried staff 
• Create employee engagement initiatives
• Implement strategic workforce planning 
• Ensure legislatively compliant workplace practices
• Facilitate organizational design and change management initiatives
