Our client near Bridgeview is seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to join the team on a full time basis. The Customer Sales Specialist will work on site, 5 days a week with business professional attire required. This position will not require you to make cold calls.
Customer Sales Specialist Duties
- Receive inbound calls and emails from potential customers to promote and sell our products
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Processing quotes and sales orders
-Order tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Customer Sales Specialist Requirements```
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing sales or related field
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
- Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
-Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week and comfortable with a business professional dress code
