Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 3 years of Configuration Management (CM) experience
- Experience with the application of CM-related policies, procedures and tools
- Ability to understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-disciplined teams
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Products (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Active Secret clearance
- Managing product revision control will be major focus.
- Design, develop, and support documentation traceability efforts across our manufacturing and engineering design teams.
- Tracking changes to ensure we will always have Truth, Trust, and Traceability (T3).
- Ensuring that Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) processes and procedures are fully implemented and are compliant with contractual and internal requirements will be a key driver for this role.
- Track and control our configuration baseline through the change management process for the life cycle of products assigned.
- Reviewing and analyzing proposed engineering changes to determine the overall effect on the product will be an exciting part of this role.
- Track, log, categorize, and maintain manufacturing or engineering changes made against the accepted customer baseline(s) standards.
- Review, monitor, and analyze Technical Data Packages and take appropriate actions to ensure impacted key stakeholders are notified.
- A passion for documentation and concise communications will be highly valued in this extremely detail oriented and analytical role.
