Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintains Driver Qualification Files and ensures that they are complete and up to date.
- Supports Descartes routing system.
- Assists with Driver job postings and advertisement processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be a “people” person
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
