Staffing Solutions Enterprises is excited to partner with a local financial services client to identify a detail-oriented, deadline-driven Accounting Associate! Some of your day-to-day:

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial records and financial reports
• Calculate taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure taxes are paid properly
• Assist clients with questions and provide readily available information as it relates to servicing the relationship
• Support in a variety of accounting tasks, from working with the payroll administrator to complete live payroll to assisting with completing monthly invoicing and posting payments within client accounts

What you'll need to succeed:

• Two plus years in an accounting support role
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proficiency with Ultra Tax, QuickBooks, MS Office, or related software
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Deadline-driven and the ability to work well under pressure
• Associate's degree in a related field or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree, required
