Role Description

This Company is poised to grow 40 % over the next couple of years and we are looking for someone who has the vision to help assist with this growth.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Salem, OR. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, including preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial analysis and reporting to assist with strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
