Staffing Support Specialists is Hiring a 1st Shift Brake Press Operator Near Fond du Lac, WI
Equipment details: The employee hired into this position will be working with an Ermaksan CNC controlled Brake Press with 2X back gauges, a 14' x 14' Shear with programmable front and back gauges, and a Messer 25' x 8' CNC programmable Plasma Cutter.
Job Description:
- Program and operate Press brake machines, Shear and Plasma cutting equipment.
- Troubleshoot as needed
- Execute quality workmanship and attention to detail in output
- Quality check as required
- 3 years minimum Brake Press Programming experience
- 2 years minimum Plasma CNC Programming experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments such as clippers and micrometers
- Familiarity with fabrication processes and quality inspection techniques
- Basic math skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical principals
- Previous experience with sheet metal work and tooling preferred
