Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English- Spanish) - Jacksonville, FL.

Jacksonville, FL. 32356 | Full - Time | $19-$20 an hour| Work Schedule: 8:30AM to 5:30PM. Monday to Friday.

We are hiring the Customer Service Representative position in Jacksonville, FL, 32256, Pool Industry knowledge and Bi-lingual necessary. Please see below for all essential details and requirements in order to be considered for this position:

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Process and input customer orders, both inbound and outbound.

· Perform daily customer-specific reporting tasks.

· Engage with customers via phone, email or in person.

· Responsible for filing and data entry.

· Keep accurate records of customers’ material while at site and in transit.

· Adhere to the site’s quality and safety standards.

EXPECTATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum of 1 year Pool Industry knowledge and Bi-lingual necessary.

· Good organizational and communication skills.

· Computer skills required - familiarity with Microsoft Office programs preferred.

· Prior data entry experience.

· Possesses professional phone and email etiquette.

· Capable of making sound judgment calls independently.

· Motivated to perform daily tasks without prompting.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and contract information.

· High school diploma or GED equivalent.

· Ability to successfully pass background check and drug screening.
