Warehouse Specialist - ERP or SAP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION

St. Augustine, FL 32086 | Full-Time | $19-$22/hr. | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 4:30PM

JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Specialist position is a critical position responsible for maintaining equipment, inventory controls, and a safe working environment within the warehouse.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Receiving and processing warehouse stock products
• Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Must follow company's food safety, operational, and food defense guidelines
• Complete annual food defense training and ensure food safety practices when entering production area
• Keep an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Maintain, conduct, and uphold audit readiness at all times
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
• Other duties as assigned
• Receiving and releasing raw materials and finished goods as directed

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to operate forklift proficiently
• ERP software proficiency- Fishbowl experience is required (2-5 years’ experience)
• Physically strong, agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions

• Time Management and thoroughness

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
