Job Title: Prep Cook / Production Machine Operator
Location: Bend, Oregon
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $17/hour Dump City Dumplings is located in Bend, Oregon and has been making unique foods inspired by delicious dishes from all around the world since 2010. We specialize in crafting mouthwatering dumplings, wontons, sandwiches using fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional food and service to our loyal customers in the shop, out at our events all over the western US and all over the nation on our online platform!
Responsibilities :
Assist in the preparation of large quantities of vegetables, meats, and cheeses for use in dumplings and other menu items.
Hand roll small foods such as wontons with precision and attention to detail.
Operate industrial machinery to produce large quantities of dumplings and other foods efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
Follow food safety protocols and guidelines to uphold our commitment to quality and freshness.
Requirements :
Previous experience in a culinary role is welcomed but not required; we encourage candidates of all experience levels to apply.
Must have a passion for food and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
Available for regularly scheduled part-time hours
Must possess or obtain a valid food handler's card in accordance with Oregon state regulations.
