Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Coordinator to join our team at a client site in Elizabeth, NJ. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As an Onsite Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, fostering positive client relationships, and leading a team to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations effectively to ensure efficiency and meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with our onsite team and support branches to coordinate staffing, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high standard of service.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure seamless communication and compliance with client requirements.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records to support operational needs.
  • Work in a cold environment for a significant part of the day to support operational requirements.
  • Drive between client buildings as needed (approximately 4-5 minutes apart) to support operational needs and ensure effective coordination.
  • Tailor approaches to accommodate different personalities and respond to dynamic operational demands.
  • Assist with management tasks, including occasional after-hours phone calls, to ensure continuous support and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in leadership in a client-facing or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective interaction with team members, clients, and management.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain composure and productivity in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for commuting between client buildings.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse team and client base.
