Pay Rate: $15/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm EST
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring every customer receives top-notch support. Beyond handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, you'll champion customer feedback to drive improvements in merchandising, site usability, and policies, fostering loyalty and retention.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Responding to and resolving inbound and outbound customer service inquiries via various channels.
• Following up on order issues and implementing process enhancements.
• Identifying areas for improvement based on customer feedback.
• Crafting effective messages for customer communication.
• Managing orders through our system.

Experience & Skills:

• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and live chat.
• Experience in proofreading, copy editing, or writing preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Background in e-commerce and print/design is advantageous.
• Work-from-home experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in web browsers.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service standards.
