Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (flexibility required, occasional shifts may extend until 9:00 PM)
Responsibilities:

• Process orders and correspondence to meet customer needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and data entry
• Provide product service and transit information, act as a liaison for issue resolution
• Maintain and update customer records, including account information
• Prepare product/service reports by analyzing customer information
• Handle multiple phone lines
• Comfortable walking throughout the warehouse to view products
