Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support and troubleshoot technical assistance requests.
- Build and configure new computer systems, loading user profiles.
- Deliver training for users, including training on Apple devices.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks.
- Participate in a scheduled weekend maintenance rotation.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in software installation and workstation support.
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System, including setup and configuration.
- Understanding of networking concepts, server hardware, switching hardware, and cabling.
