Staffmark Group is Hiring a HR Administrative Assistant Near Hartsville, SC

Do you have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications, good listening and communication skills, and are ready to be a part of an outstanding team that takes pride in what they do and the company they represent? Staffmark is hiring a motivated candidate to function as an HR Administrative Assistant in Hartsville, SC. This position will be working at our client's worksite location every day.
Pay: $25 per hour
1st Shift Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday
While working in this meaningful role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for employees, ensuring the highest levels of customer service, and serving as the primary contact for employee life cycle data entry and maintenance. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining employee records and accurate employee data management.
  • Ensuring seamless transition of employee data from systems to files for the employee onboarding process.
  • Updating, maintaining, and managing employee data in Workday (HRIS).
  • Monitoring employee portal mailboxes, troubleshooting, and responding to inquiries (escalating things as needed to the appropriate HR team member).
  • Ensuring 100% data compliance for internal and external audits; providing data as needed for audit requests.
  • Running routine reports and delivering them to the appropriate business team member.
