Pay: $15/hr
Shift Options:

• Monday-Friday, 7 am-3 pm
• Monday-Friday, 3 pm-11 pm
• Monday-Friday, 11 pm-7 am

As a Machine Operator, you will handle various manufacturing tasks, including inserting shafts into the core of parent rolls and securing them with hand tools, mounting rolls onto machines using a hoist, and threading materials from parent rolls through guides and rollers to cutters, gluers, printers, or folding devices. You will start machines, observe operations, and make adjustments to ensure uniform shearing, folding, gluing, or sealing of materials into finished bags. Additionally, you will set up and run machines, adjust draw roll pressure and position, and make necessary machine adjustments to maintain quality and production. Other responsibilities include filling glue pots, positioning seam units, checking production orders for packaging instructions, and instructing the catcher/stacker as needed.
Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift and/or Clamp Truck experience
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in computer data entry and basic math skills
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for the entire shift and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must provide a resume showcasing an outstanding work history
