As the Manufacturing Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our metal products meet high standards of quality and safety. This involves operating various machinery like the pulpit, rotary forge, charger crane, furnace, and heat treat equipment, as well as performing inspections and operating saws. We're looking for candidates eager to learn, with a strong commitment to teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in setup and operation processes
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety protocols
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and cranes
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing experience
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Capability to lift objects up to 50 pounds and work in hot conditions, with comfort at heights up to 10 feet
