Staffmark Group is Hiring a Mechanical Assembler Near Mooresville, NC
Schedule | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Monday - Thursday (Possible overtime on Friday)
Pay rate | $18 - 20/hr. (Depending on experience)
Qualified candidates will have two years of mechanical assembly experience.
Mechanical Assembler Essential Tasks:
- Assemble engine parts with bolts, clips & screws, by using hand tools, torque wrenches, and some portable power tools.
- Position and align components for assembly (manually or using hoists).
- Assist with handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct assembly at various stages in the production process.
- Inspect fully assembled and/or partially assembled engines to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
- Connect engines to hot test carts and monitor engine functions during hot test sessions.
