Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Atlanta, GA.
Operations Manager
Position Summary:
This position supports the day-to-day operations of our strategic Builder customers. This role is expected to be in-person 4 days per week ( 1 day remote) in our client's office in Atlanta.
The operations manager will ensure the execution of our daily operations with single-family builders nationwide. This support will include coordinating schedules for construction sites, managing follow-up tasks ensuring execution, and communicating updates to internal teams and the customer. This position will also support analyses for improvement projects for builder operations.
This position is specifically designed to track open items and lead issue resolution for one of our most strategic Builder accounts. The position is planned for short-term (<6 months) but could turn into a longer-term opportunity if the candidate proves themselves during this contract.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate resolution of customer escalations;
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks and follow-ups with customers;
  • Communicate updates internally and to customers;
  • Manage open items and drive cross-functional teams to issue resolution;
  • Analyze opportunities for improvement in daily operations;
  • Support other team needs as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Education (include higher education, certifications, and whether required and/or preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Years of experience: 2 years
  • Proven ability to stay organized and on top of extensive task lists, with self-drive to push the tasks through to execution.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the proven ability to work in ambiguous situations or with limited direction.
  • Works effectively with competing priorities.
  • Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate and support transactions across multiple teams.
  • Must have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Reliability and consistency are a must.

  • Stays up-to-date
  • Can easily document a new process or problem
  • Can collect and condense data into information that can be acted on
  • Excels with computer software programs, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and new/emerging presentation programs
  • Building internal cross-functional relationships and partnerships
